Quick Tips:

Remember NEVER open Email attachments unless you know EXACTLY what they are.

Watch out for 'Phishing' websites - ones that pretend to be official sites and ask for your password, or even your credit card details.

Always use a firewall - Zone Alarm is the best one and there's a free version (see my links page) or there might already be a firewall included with your security software.

Computers use electricity, if they're not set up correctly they can use nearly as much power when they're switched off. Always switch them off at the plug. (If everyone did this in the UK we'd need one less power station).

Sit properly and take a break, especially when it all starts going wrong - Walk away!
